When you book with me, you are investing in photos that will last a lifetime. My main goal is to create a relaxing and stress-free session where I pose you and do all the hard work, and you stand in front of the camera and look pretty. I will be constantly showing you the photos throughout the session, that way if there is a pose/photo that didn't turn out the way you wanted, we can re-do it and tweak it until you're happy!
WHAT TO DO
STEP 1: INQUIRE
I'm so happy that you are interested in me and my work. Before anything, view my packages and see which one suits you best. When you've made your decision and are inquiring with me, make sure you include as much information of your vision and what you're looking for as you possibly can. Pinterest links, ideas of outfits or locations (I will also help with these if you have no idea), the number of people in your family (if you're doing a family session). That way we can get into the most important part, which is Step 2: Planning.
STEP 2: PLAN
Your session isn't just about having photos taken and hoping for the best. It is a collaboration between you and the photographer (me). It's making sure the day of your session is stress free and all you, your partner, and/or your family have to do is have fun. We will talk about mood boards, outfits, your vision for what you will be doing with your photos once they are done, etc.
STEP 3: SHOOT
Now's the fun part. I generally show up to our location about 20-30 minutes early so I can have a plan of the spots we will be using and the flow of things. This helps because not all poses work in certain outfits, some location colors might not compliment your first outfit, the sun might not set in the best spot at location 1. Please try to arrive on time that way you get the full hour and we're not having to rush. I also understand if things happen, so if you are running late, send me an email/text letting me know!
